We had recently updated a 1960’s kitchen to a Bright White Kitchen.
This kitchen has not been updated since the house has been built, with the exceptions of two sky-lights and newer windows. Our client wanted to make a make a dramatic change and we proposed a neutral color palette that gave her options to change out her decor through out the year. In the end, it is a very bright space and we included some warm wood tones to compliment the modern look so the kitchen would not seem too “cold”.

Here we moved the wall oven next to the refrigerator and added a utility cabinet for more storage.

Here we wanted to add some warmth and create a focal wall. The wood is from the original kitchen that we saved from the demo. It was sanded down and only applied a clear coat. To create more seating, we built a banquette that included more storage underneath. Our client wanted to keep her light fixture and exiting table.
This space is dramatically different. We moved some appliances to create more storage and built more seating for family dinners. Our client is extremely happy with the final look and she looks forward to inviting friends and family to her new space.
